Job description

Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior Business Consultant for an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension. This role requires 1-3 days a week in the office in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies as part of the AGILE Automation Integration Program
• Gather requirements to feed SCRUM stories based on user needs and acceptance criteria
• Follow change management processes to promote code from development to UAT and Production
• Facilitate QA and user testing, capturing results for management approval
• Work with engineering solution developers to code, build, and configure system components
• Coding in Powershell and Python
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and security system malfunctions to resolve operational issues
• Build and configure Ansible Tower infrastructure
• Convert Playbooks to Ansible
• Integrate ServiceNow with Ansible, following best practices in automating DevOps processes

Must-Have Skills:

• 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience in agile environments
• Requirements gathering for user needs and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency with Powershell, Python, YAML
• Experience with application/system integration issues
• Working experience with Ansible
• ServiceNow integration experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Apache Tomcat
• JBoss EAP (Enterprise Application Platform)
