Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Architect to join the Canada segment’s Technology & Operations Strategy team.

At the forefront of redefining our business and operating models through artificial intelligence and automation innovations, this role supports Canada’s business and tech transformation by assessing capabilities and value streams.

Position Responsibilities :

  1. Complete capability and value stream assessments to evaluate end-to-end business and technology impacts, ensuring alignment between strategy and implementation.
  2. Enhance innovation and transformation of foundational capabilities through process standardization and technology re-use.
  3. Identify common business and solution patterns; collaborate with technology teams to develop and govern reference architectures.
  4. Develop an integrated view of the organization’s business architecture to support assessments and define outcome-based transformation roadmaps.
  5. Stay updated on technological advancements and market trends; research competitors for innovation opportunities.
  6. Contribute to key project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion according to standards.

Required Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Architect
  • Proven ability to drive complex capability and value stream assessments across multiple functions or business units
  • Strong analytical skills to recognize organizational issues, interdependencies, and redundancies; capable of influencing at all levels
  • Experience with capability, value stream, and customer experience assessments, SWOT analysis, and governance of transformation roadmaps
  • Proficiency in model-based representations and business architecture blueprints, adaptable to complex business data
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual communication at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years in business and technology transformation roles, with a degree in business, marketing, finance, or technology
