NORR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Applications Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise application solutions across multiple business systems. You will implement AI-enabled initiatives and ensure scalable, secure integrations while mentoring the next generation of developers.

In this role you will collaborate with business leaders and architects to shape application strategy, deliver complex integrations, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience developing enterprise applications.
• Experience designing and delivering complex integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
• Advanced knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
• Strong programming skills using Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.
• Knowledge of IAM, security best practices, and enterprise authentication technologies.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies or integrating AI services into business applications is an asset.
• Experience working as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, or experience working directly with those roles.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and drive development best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Applications Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise application solutions that improve how our business operates. As the senior technical expert on our Business Applications team, you will design and develop complex integrations, create scalable solutions, and implement technologies involving AI services and platforms to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Working closely with business leaders, solution architects, and developers, you will solve complex technical challenges while helping shape our application strategy and mentoring the next generation of developers.

What You Will Bring to the Team

The hiring base salary range for this vacant position is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be based on several factors such as education, experience, internal equity and skills.
