Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a solution to support their data portal.

Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a solution to support their data portal.

Our client has a requirement for a Business Analyst with experience in Agile product development to support the selection and implementation of a solution to support their Database Initiative and Updates.

Tasks; but not limited to:

1. Participate in working sessions with the systems analysis team, Project Manager, Technical Authority and other DFO system resources identified during the Business Requirements analysis.
2. Identify, propose and develop business analysis artefacts to support program and development efforts.
3. Identify knowledge gaps and potential user research questions.
4. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to elicit requirements and validate the solution.
5. Develop meeting agendas and meeting plans to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
6. Provide bi-weekly status reports to the technical authority.
7. Develop user stories, acceptance tests, business requirements, and user requirements for stakeholders.
8. Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs.

Must Haves:

1. Reliability Clearance.
2. 10 years of Business Analyst experience.
3. Experience in Data Modeling / Data Mapping.
4. Agile Experience.

Nice To Have:

1. ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis.
