Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business and technology teams across multiple application & business process projects in the oil & gas industry. (Req)

Calgary candidate for a 1 year contract, 4 days per week in downtown Calgary.

Must Have:

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst acting as a liaison between project, technical & business teams
• Experience with applications & systems
• Business Process experience including process creation, review and updating
• Experience supporting project / product Transition to Operations phases including Change Management
• Oil & Gas experience

Nice to Have:

• SAP S / 4
• Signavio or other BPM tool

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate IT Application manager and work closely with business / functional areas, and provide overall project planning, management, coordination, and execution for assigned projects
• Lead and participate in process creation, reviews, updates, and documentation with our stakeholder and work with users to define concepts or workflows
• Be the liaison between the project teams, technology teams and support teams
• Work closely with People Readiness team (OCM, Communications, Learning) to help identify / validate stakeholder change impacts, provide technical review of communications and contribute to training curriculum and learning content
• Analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, workflow diagrams, and context diagrams
