About The Role

We seek a collaborative Test Scenario Analyst to decompose end-to-end business processes into detailed, testable scenarios, working closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience as a BA Test Scenario analyst.
• Review E2E process flows for assigned PODs.
• Decompose E2E processes into clear, traceable test scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and validate test scenarios.
• Standardize scenario creation using templates and best practices.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews, incorporate feedback, and secure approvals.
• Maintain an organized repository of test scenarios.
• Support alignment between process teams, test teams, and stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Experience in process analysis and test scenario creation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment.
• Familiarity with process mapping and test management tools.
• Experience in Wealth and Asset Management domain.
