A leading educational institution in Oakville is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of the Registrar. You will analyze business needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and manage system requirements. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, particularly in CRM solutions like Salesforce. This hybrid role requires strong analytical and collaborative skills and offers a salary of $46.08 - $53.43 per hour.
The Senior Business Analyst works with business leaders within the Office of the Registrar (OTR) to identify their business needs and transform them into business processes and/or information technology system requirements. The incumbent must have project experience and hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, and Education Clouds), including involvement in system enhancements, user management, and cross-system integration. The incumbent performs initial assessments of new business processes and/or system requirements, determines feasibility, significance, and scope. As an advocate of business interests, the incumbent works to identify business and technology gaps, documents and manages requirements, and models business solutions. When technical solutions are needed, the incumbent conveys business requirements in technical terms, architects solutions, and leads change initiatives within and beyond the OTR (e.g., Information Technology, Faculties, etc.).
