Sheridan College is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with the Office of the Registrar in transforming business needs into effective processes and system requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the management of Salesforce and PeopleSoft systems, ensuring efficient operations while leading complex analyses and training initiatives.
The Senior Business Analyst works with business leaders within the Office of the Registrar (OTR) to identify their business needs and transforms them into business processes and/or information technology system requirements. The incumbent leads and maintains the Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) and PeopleSoft Campus products and is involved in all aspects of user management. The incumbent performs the initial assessment of new business process and/or system requirements, determines feasibility, significance, and scope. As an advocate of business interests, the incumbent works to identify business and technology gaps, documents and manages requirements and models business solutions. Where technical solutions are needed, the incumbent conveys the business requirements in technical terms, architects’ solutions, and leads the change initiative within and beyond the OTR (i.e., Information Technology, Faculties, etc.).
