Job summary

Pacer Group in Regina, SK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect for a 12-month contract. The role combines business analysis leadership with enterprise integration architecture, onsite with hybrid work arrangements.

You will drive AS-IS/TO-BE modelling, BPMN workflows, requirements management, and SDLC governance, collaborating across business, development, testing, and support teams to deliver integrated telecom solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead business analysis and solution architecture for complex enterprise and integration projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop AS-IS / TO-BE process models, BPMN workflows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents.
• Design solution integration architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Drive business process re-engineering to simplify, automate, and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, testing, and support teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform requirements management, traceability, solution validation, and support Agile/Waterfall delivery.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, BPMN, PMBOK, TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM), Open APIs, and enterprise integration.
• Experience in Telecom domain, including 5G, CRM, API Gateways, Order Orchestration, Workforce Management, ERP, Automation, and Integration is highly preferred.
