Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements to produce detailed specifications for development teams.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with precision.
• Map current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and analyze geospatial technology solutions including CAD, GIS, and FME.
• Work with GIS/CAD data maintenance, modernization, and consolidation processes.
• Oversee the creation of CAD drawings in AutoCAD/MicroStation and the automation of block profiles.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for system implementations.

Qualifications
• A minimum of five years of recent experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and Autodesk AutoCAD is mandatory
• Experience working with Bentley ProjectWise is mandatory
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles.
