A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance their Portfolio & Change Management efforts. This role involves leading projects that improve efficiency in Settlements and Clearing Services while ensuring high client satisfaction. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and strong analytical skills, ideally with a background in Capital Markets.
What is the opportunity? The role operates within the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group and will function primarily as a Senior Business Analyst (BA) on various initiatives across the Settlements and Clearing Services and Middle Office area within the Business & Client Services (BCS) department. Various project drivers include : Business or Process improvements, technology enhancement or system implementations, operational risk reduction, quality improvement, regulatory soundness, cost reduction, etc.
You will work directly with relevant participants to define project parameters, success criteria, solutions, and timelines while deploying best practices in process analysis, requirements documentation, project planning, testing, and stakeholder communication. What will you do?
