Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in Information and Data Management, to support one of our key clients. The analyst will lead initiatives to mature an Information Management (IM) Program, including assessing, defining, and implementing best practices for IM, ensuring policy compliance, and optimizing IM-related processes across the organization.

Candidate MUST have the following Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Information and Data Management;
  • Expertise in business process modeling and metadata governance;
  • Experience leading TEAMS site cleanups in large organizations;
  • Strong knowledge of EDRMS solutions and requirements gathering;
  • Proficiency in IM frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement;
  • Experience working with government entities or public sector organizations (preferred).
