Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in Information and Data Management to support one of our key clients. The analyst will lead key initiatives aimed at maturing an Information Management (IM) Program, responsible for assessing, defining, and implementing best practices for IM, ensuring compliance with policies, and optimizing IM-related process across the organization.

Candidate MUST have the following Qualifications and Experience :

• A minimum of seven to ten (7–10) years of experience in Information and Data Management;
• Expertise in business process modelling and metadata governance;
• Prior experience leading TEAMS site cleanups in large organizations;
• Strong knowledge of EDRMS solutions and requirements gathering;
• Proficiency in IM frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement; and
• Experience working with government entities or public sector organizations (preferred).
