About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will play an important role within our Employee Experience team!
As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in developing the best processes and continuously improving the employee experience. You will also act as a liaison between different departments and the HR community. You will gather requirements from various business units through active listening and by asking questions to identify the "why," all while building trust and fostering a collaborative approach with various stakeholders.
