Are You:
As the Senior Business Analyst, Finance Solutions, you will work with a highly skilled and motivated team and your efforts will have a direct impact on framing and solving the challenges of a function seeking modernization and the development of continuous improvement culture. In this role you will act as a key enabler within a process modernization squad, supporting change and process re-engineering within Finance Operations. The Senior Business Analyst will support the modernization squad lead through the inception to execution of projects, developing and maintaining governance structures and documentation, as well as providing change management, training and post implementation support for process owners. You will collaborate with teams across Element, inclusive of our Continuous Improvement group, wider Finance teams, Commercial and Operations.

Requirements
The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
