Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Experience Technology family. The role supports Canadian businesses to grow globally by shaping business requirements, translating them into delivery artifacts, and partnering with vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid environment, engaging with multiple hubs across Canada, and contribute to strategy, roadmaps, and compliance with security and data standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and large program delivery.
• Technical implementation and SDLC familiarity.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, ADO).

Responsabilités

• Understand business needs and capture them clearly for delivery teams.
• Deconstruct complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead requirement sessions and bridge gaps across teams and vendors.
• Support UAT and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure BA artifacts align with EDC standards.
