We seek talented, innovative, and creative individuals to join our growing team focused on financial services clients. We are hiring experienced Technology Project Managers with domain expertise to work directly on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities include acting as a bridge between business, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are well documented and understood, with a deep understanding of Fiserv APIs and API performance improvement opportunities.

Additional key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily scrum processes as a Scrum Master, ensuring proper documentation of user stories and story pointing in Jira.
2. Maintain a well-groomed backlog to prevent sprint velocity slowdowns.
3. Ensure APIs meet industry standards for data security, PCI/DSS compliance, and financial transaction processing when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track project metrics such as timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
2. Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals, providing clear visibility into project status for stakeholders.
3. Automate reporting processes to streamline project tracking and reduce manual effort.

Show Us What You've Got

• Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience in control room operations, including employee and firm conflict of interest management, is preferred.
• Experience with STAR COMPLIANCE system is preferred.
