About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide business analysis and solution integration expertise for large-scale ERP-SAP projects at a leading public sector organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an integrator, facilitator, and technical specialist for ERP-SAP transformational initiatives.
  • Translate business outcomes into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirements elicitation activities.
  • Develop and validate business cases to support project approvals.
  • Document and analyze processes, IT systems, and organizational operations.
  • Support procurement through scope of work creation for external vendors.
  • Apply organizational change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to support solution adoption.
  • Design data flows, diagrams, and process models to support solution implementation.
  • Deliver process improvement recommendations to optimize workflows.
  • Support risk management, governance, and reporting activities.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Workforce Software, Ariba, Concur).
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent combination with 5+ years as BA / Systems Analyst).
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA (Proof required).
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, UX principles, and SAP / non-SAP integrations (APIs, middleware).
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Lean / Six Sigma Greenbelt.
  • TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture).
  • ITIL (IT Service Management).
