Must Have

• 10+ years of experience leading and conducting business and system analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be designed.
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting business and system analysis in respect to building data marts/data warehouses/data lakehouse or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and Reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst in large/complex data migration projects.
• Demonstrated experience with writing user stories and using tools such as DevOps.

• Criteria 1: Business Analysis Experience - 25 Points
  • 10+ years of experience leading and conducting business and system analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be designed.
  • Experience conducting analyses at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS standards.
  • Experience conducting business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects, including screen specifications, business rules, data migration requirements, etc.
  • Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with emphasis on agile.
• Criteria 2: Dynamics 365 CE / F&O Experience - 25 Points
  • Proven experience in conducting business and system analysis in respect to building data marts/data warehouses/data lakehouse or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and Reporting solutions built against Dynamics 365 CE and F&O data.
  • Experience in conducting business and system analysis for a Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O solution or other CRM/ERP solutions.
• Criteria 3: Quality Assurance - 15 Points
  • Experience creating use cases, test plans, test cases, test scripts ideally around reporting and/or data migration.
  • Experience with defect management processes, defect identification, logging, tracking, and resolution.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard quality assurance practices, such as ISO standards, CMMI, or Agile methodologies.
• Criteria 4: Data Analysis - 25 Points
  • Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst in large/complex data migration projects.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL language; ability to execute SQL queries.
  • Understanding of concepts around ETL, data quality, data cleaning, data issues’ handling.
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Criteria 5: DevOps and Agile - 10 Points
  • Demonstrated experience with writing user stories and using tools such as DevOps.
