Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect to lead complex enterprise projects in BFSI, focusing on AS-IS/TO-BE modeling, integration, and platform modernization.

This onsite/hybrid, 12-month contract in Regina, SK, offers exposure to API gateways, ERP, CRM, and cutting-edge open APIs, with CBAP certification preferred. Strong stakeholder leadership required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Senior BA / Solution Integration Architect.
• CBAP certification experience mandatory.
• Experience in BA, Solution Architecture, System Analysis and Integration for complex enterprise projects.
• AS-IS / TO-BE models, BPMN, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents.
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability, and management.
• BPR, process simplification, automation and integration; Telecom domain preferred.
• Agile/Waterfall, SDLC, PMBOK, TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx/ODF, eTOM, SID, TAM, and Open APIs knowledge.
• Experience with API Gateways, Integration, CRM, 5G, Network Planning, Assurance, Observability, WFM, Order Orchestration, ERP, or Enterprise Applications.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Solution Integration Architect, with recent relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, System Analysis, and Integration for complex enterprise projects.
• Expertise in developing AS-IS / TO-BE models, business process workflows, BPMN, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability, and management of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), process simplification, automation, integration, and optimization, preferably in the Telecom domain.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, SDLC, PMBOK, TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx/ODF, eTOM, SID, TAM, and Open APIs.
• Experience with API Gateways, Integration, CRM, 5G, Network Planning, Assurance, Observability, WFM, Order Orchestration, ERP, or Enterprise Applications is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills; CBAP or ISP certification is preferred/required as specified.
