Responsibilities:

1. Establishment and implementation of budget mechanism: formulate annual (budget) and monthly (forecast) budgets, and manage the cost according to the budget

2. Cost reduction and efficiency increase: Provide cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions according to find factors of cost reduction and efficiency improvement with data mining

3. System construction: Assist in the construction of the area's business analysis system, and create a KPI system that reaches the front line, a report system and special case analysis, etc.

4. Project management: as a special case PM, be responsible for special case analysis solution, including special case budgets, special case investment approval, special case cost review, etc.

5. Departmental coordination: coordinate well with warehouse design, operation, finance, HR and other related parties, collect and organize data, unify the data caliber, unify the logic of business and financial analysis, and ensuring forecasting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business management, statistics, finance, data science and other relevant field is preferred

2. 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain business analysis/operation analysis/financial analysis

3. Business insight ability: With a global perspective, a deep understanding of business logic, and the ability to identify business pain points

4. Business influence: Understand both business and finance, and be able to provide financial support for business from the perspective of business analysis

5. Cost analysis ability: Have a global perspective and have the ability to analyze cost operations

6. Cross-departmental communication skills: Have strong cross-departmental communication skills
