Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick

Engagement Type: Contract (On-site, 2 Years + 1-Year Extension Potential)

Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an exciting 2-year contract engagement in Fredericton, NB, with the potential for a 1-year extension. This role will support complex business analysis efforts across both clinical and non-clinical domains within the Digital Health/eHealth space. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to support the design, development, and optimization of digital solutions—particularly those built on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements for eHealth/Digital Health initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with diverse clinical and non-clinical subject matter experts.
• Develop business process models, conduct gap analyses, and produce SOPs and workflow documentation to support efficiency and standardization.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud and related solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and trainers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Create and support the delivery of end-user training materials and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards, including New Brunswick’s PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).
• Be available to work full-time on-site in Fredericton, NB.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience leading requirements gathering for clinical and non-clinical systems in Digital Health/eHealth within a Canadian jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
• Must be available immediately and onsite in Fredericton, NB.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience leading business analysis initiatives in eHealth/Digital Health (5+ years).
• Proven facilitation skills with diverse clinical and non-clinical stakeholders (5+ years).
• Strong experience documenting workflows, SOPs, business processes, and performing gap analyses (10+ years).
• Experience supporting training development and delivery (5+ years).
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and case management systems (5+ years).
• Understanding of PHIPA and privacy/security standards in healthcare environments.
