Job summary

Responsibilities

• Liaise with technical staff to provide the business perspective during system analysis and design phases.
• Work with the project manager to plan day‑to‑day management of business analysis, design, development and testing tasks.
• Support the design and documentation of future state processes and data flow.
• Actively participate in project review meetings and provide status updates to sponsors and managers.
• Identify potential project risks or schedule problems and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the development of user training documentation for business users.
