Job Description

  • Perform business analysis activities to develop and maintain current and future state business architecture models, including requirements, processes, rules, and information models.
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing enhancements of ASHC's CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), including integration with the Government of Alberta's GX ERP.
  • Oversee data migration and integration initiatives using Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity between legacy systems and CRM.
  • Develop and execute transition plans for migrating information, processes, and rules from legacy systems to new solutions.
  • Provide technical project coordination for reporting and business intelligence assets, including dashboards and reports.
  • Create acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases to evaluate solution enhancements.
  • Coordinate decommissioning of legacy applications, managing transition and operational readiness.

Provide operational support for ticketing tools, including administration, reporting, and training, ensuring compliance with DevOps policies.

  • Manage release cycles for CRM and other applications, ensuring effective scheduling and deployment.

Design and implement data migration / ETL processes for transitioning data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics.

Support the implementation of ASHC's Housing Digital Services project, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Skill Set & Experience

Minimum years of experience in :

  • Managing a Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and deploying releases.
  • Ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and enforcing DevOps policies.
  • Developing and implementing test plans and test cases for large-scale IT transformations.
  • Developing reporting assets using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Working with public sector clients, including government agencies and public organizations.
  • Providing tailored solutions to social housing organizations, managing housing systems, and improving tenant services.
  • Creating and maintaining data models supporting business and operational needs.

Education & Certifications

Diploma or Degree in Business or Information Technology-related field. Certifications as required.

Work Hours : On-site collaboration, with monthly status updates. Flexibility for remote work within Canada; occasional on-site visits in Edmonton.
