Job Description

HHB requires a Senior Business Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activities, collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders. The candidate should have:

• Strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, site visits, and workflow analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet multiple project deadlines.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and data, providing recommendations and opportunities.
• Experience in developing and implementing continuous business process improvements.
• Flexibility and adaptability to learn new industries and technologies.
• Teamwork orientation and ability to work across management levels.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Experience with government projects (federal/provincial/municipal/crown corporation).

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will:

• Provide expertise on tolling and traffic management projects.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each project’s workstream.
• Analyze business rules and processes, documenting and validating requirements.
• Define tolling and traffic management requirements, workflows, data needs, and roles.
• Implement requirements management and tracking tools.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Skill Set

Education & Certifications

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Documentation for Submission

Two references with direct responsibility for the candidate’s BA deliverables, including contact information for verification.

Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, 7 hours/day.
