• Excellent report writing and ability to explain technical concepts in both French and English.
• Experience in building assessment including structural and envelope reviews.
• Mentoring junior staff and leading client information sessions.
• Degree in engineering, architecture or related field; licensure asset.
• Knowledge of Quebec building codes and energy efficiency requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site inspections and collect data across properties.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and capital planning documents.
