Senior Brand Manager - Launch Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager, Launch Lead Aesthetics with strong brand management experience to drive strategic launches as well as manage the assigned brand franchise. This role requires a strong focus on launch excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and the management of omnichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, leverage market insights, and execute flawless end-to-end product launches across all channels to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch Strategy & Brand Management : Leads the development and execution of comprehensive product launch strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals and business objectives for the Canadian market. Oversee all aspects of the brand management for assigned brand / franchise from a marketing perspective, driving execution across all touchpoints and channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Fosters collaboration with regulatory, medical affairs, supply chain, finance, customer service, commercial operations, sales, education, and global teams to ensure seamless execution across all phases of the product launch. Acts as the central point of coordination to ensure all teams are aligned and working toward common launch goals.
- Campaign Management : Designs and leads omnichannel marketing campaigns, integrating digital, social, and traditional media to maximize product awareness and adoption.
- Innovation & Market Insights : Stays ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continually refresh and innovate brand strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Conducts in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform product launch strategies and refine messaging. Leverages customer insights to guide pre-launch planning, launch readiness, and ongoing market activities, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- HCP Collaboration & Education : Works closely with medical affairs and customer education team to address Healthcare Professional (HCP) education and training needs, ensuring product knowledge and usage are effectively communicated to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting : Provides regular updates on launch progress, KPIs and performance to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key external stakeholders.
- Budget & Resource Management : Manages the marketing budget for product launches, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to drive strategic priorities and maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement : Tracks and reports on launch performance, including key campaign metrics and brand KPIs. Analyzes results and provides actionable insights to refine strategies and improve future launch effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on, dynamic team player thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong external and customer focus.

- Solution-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Proven product launch experience within the pharmaceutical, aesthetics industry required.
- Understands scientific and clinical knowledge related to products / portfolio
- Experienced in designing multichannel / omnichannel brand strategies and product / campaign launches (in-person, digital, virtual).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong business acumen, using analytics to track performance against KPIs and budget.
- Minimum of a BSc or BA (science or business preferred), with an MBA as an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in device, aesthetics, skincare or pharmaceutical marketing; prior sales experience preferred.
