Job description

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to support our Canadian Nutrition business, which includes iconic brands like fairlife, Simply, and Minute Maid. You will be an integral part of our nimble team, building short-term and long-term strategies, owning end-to-end plans, and supporting the day-to-day management of our expansive portfolio. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Sales, Finance, R&D, Legal/Regulatory, and creative agency partners. The role of this position is to lead our fairlife portfolio.

What You’ll Do For Us
  1. Build long-term brand strategies, identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives, and investment/resources needed to achieve brand targets.
  2. Lead product pipeline development to deliver sustainable revenue and profit by working closely with R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, Human Insights, Design, Finance, Legal, and Commercialization teams.
  3. Lead annual brand plans, developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives, working with our Bottler and cross-functional teams to reach our goals.
  4. Develop and communicate briefs for agencies (media, creative, packaging, product development, etc.) and direct their work to generate concepts for effective marketing programs.
  5. Provide ongoing business analysis to identify and prioritize brand-building opportunities using data-driven insights (e.g., Nielsen, internal reports, consumer research, competitive analysis).
  6. Present business results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  7. Manage day-to-day brand budgets and investment allocations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management.
  3. Strong communication and influence skills with cross-functional leadership.
  4. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to leverage data effectively.
  5. Proven project management skills with experience leading complex projects involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in Nielsen, Numerator, and other research tools.
  7. Experience working with agencies and managing creative approvals.
