This full-time role is ideal for a proactive accounting professional who thrives in a bilingual, fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of financial processes.*Key Responsibilities** Oversee and execute full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations* Process, verify, and post supplier invoices with accurate account coding and purchase order matching* Conduct monthly vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly* Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures in coordination with management and external accountants* Prepare internal financial reports and cash flow summaries* Monitor and ensure the accuracy of accounting records and supporting documents* Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls* Provide guidance and support to junior bookkeeping staff as needed*Qualifications** Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting* Strong proficiency in *QuickBooks* and *advanced Microsoft Excel** Bilingual in *English and Chinese** Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills* Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information* Strong communication skills and experience working across departments*What We Offer** Competitive compensation based on experience, with overtime eligibility* Comprehensive benefits package including dental, extended health, and vision coverage* Long-term growth and advancement opportunities within a stable, expanding organization* Free on-site parking* A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values your expertise*How to Apply*Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter via Indeed or email us directly at *[e-mail]*.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* On-site parking* Vision careExperience:* QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)* Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)Language:* Chinese (required)Work Location: In person
