We are seeking dedicated, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Senior Biostatisticians, either on-site in Markham, Ontario, or remotely from anywhere in Canada in accordance with our Work from Home policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Project Management: Lead efforts to resolve daily work issues, ensure quality, improve efficiency, and manage statistical and programming operations. Lead projects using project management skills to deliver quality results on time, earning client trust and repeat business.
  2. Statistical Planning and Methodologies: Provide expertise in designing, analyzing, and reporting clinical trials. Contribute to protocol writing, sample size calculations, randomization specifications, and generate randomization codes. Write SAPs, address peer review comments, and develop QC and QA plans.
  3. Statistical Programming: Develop and review dataset specifications, perform QC validations, lead dry runs, and review analysis documentation to ensure quality.
  4. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct statistical analyses, validate results, contribute to reporting and publications, and review CSR for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Clinical Data Collection and Cleaning: Provide statistical input to data collection tools, review data management plans, specify data quality checks, and assist in database lock preparations.
  6. Complete required training and comply with Everest and sponsor policies.
  7. Archive study files per sponsor requirements.
  8. Engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in statistical science, mathematics, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating ability and performance.
