A leading medical technology firm in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Biomedical Communications Specialist to lead projects that communicate clinical benefits of medical products. The role requires expertise in biomedical communications, strong design tool proficiency, and excellent communication skills to create effective marketing collateral. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field, with a competitive salary range between CAD 66,500 and CAD 131,800.

About the role
The Senior Marketing and Biomedical Communications Specialist leads and executes Biomedical Communications projects for complex medical products that inform Boston Scientific’s target market of the clinical benefits of leveraging our technology. These projects may include animations, trade exhibition installations, clinical illustrations, seminars, brochures, user guides, print and digital ads.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
