Job description

Senior Bilingual Project Manager to lead the transformation of business applications and the upgrade of the technical infrastructure in the public sector.

Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared Bilingual Project Manager to transform its critical business applications and upgrade its underlying technical infrastructure to modernize and transform the business. The resource willhelp complement the client's existing in-house knowledge and experience as required to help support the successful planning and delivery of the projects that will help modernize and optimize the client's service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and monitor a detailed project schedule and budget
  • Develop and monitor project risk and issues logs including key mitigation plans and strategies
  • Create and present status reports to various project governance committees at the request of the Project Authority (PA)
  • Manage coordination and completion of necessary project artifacts required for the project success and effectively escalate and communicate risks and issues

Must have:

  • A university degree in a business or technology discipline
  • GOC experience (4+ projects)
  • Experience defining, assessing and developing mitigation plans for IT transformation initiatives
  • Experience providing advisory services for IT transformation initiatives
