You will collaborate with a team of professionals, handle complex benefits plans, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and optimize outcomes.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive strategic impact – Perform annual renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Analyze and optimize benefits plans – Conduct experience reporting, budget projections, and plan performance reviews.
• Shape the future of benefits – Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits.
• Provide expert guidance – Conduct market analyses, compare costs, and make strategic recommendations.
• Ensure seamless execution – Assist with carrier / product implementations and review benefit booklets and contracts for accuracy.
• Be a trusted partner – Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to drive success.
