Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-layered technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and project management excellence to drive solutions from requirements gathering through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage scrum pods as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery methodologies.
• Drive complex systems integration projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements definition to final delivery.

Technical Oversight

Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including :

Sales Cloud configuration and customization.

Loyalty management capabilities implementation.

Manage Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks solution architecture.

Ensure seamless integration across multi-layer solution architectures.

Stakeholder Management

Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence platforms; must be able to write complex JIRA queries and use EazyBI to generate dashboards.

Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

Technical Background

Software Developer, Solution Designer, Business Systems Analyst (BSA).

Proven experience with complex systems integration involving multiple teams and technologies.

Strong understanding of multi-layer solution architectures in enterprise environments; ability to draw clear diagrams and facilitate whiteboarding for problem resolution.

Project Management Expertise

Experience running scrum pods as Scrum Master.

Experience managing fast-paced, complex technology projects.

Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and project management.

Track record of successfully moving projects from requirements to delivery.

Must Have Requirements

Experience running scrum pods as a Scrum Master.

Oversee Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations including :

Sales Cloud configuration and customization.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration.

Loyalty management capabilities implementation.
