Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Technical/System Analyst experience creating BSA artifacts.
• 3+ years configuration/support experience with OpenText Exstream.
• 5+ years experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
• Experience leading a BSA team for end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them to programmers and QA testers.
• Facilitate design sessions to convert requirements into user stories.
• Perform data mapping analysis to migrate to target state systems.
• Drive high-level solutioning by collaborating with business and technical teams.
