About the Role

My client is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining the backend infrastructure for their innovative platform. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and leadership to design scalable, maintainable backend systems.
• Analyze and solve complex technical challenges and communicate solutions effectively within the team.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Promote and implement best practices in software development, proactively addressing technical debt and staying current with new technologies.
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure the reliability and scalability of backend systems.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack software development.
