About the Team

As a Senior C#/.NET Developer, you'll work on the core systems powering Flinks' data infrastructure. You'll have the opportunity to solve complex problems, own solutions, and develop scalable and secure applications. Your work will directly impact how we innovate and support the fintech industry.

What You'll Do

1. Lead the development of key applications, from architecture to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and smooth operation.
2. Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure systems, contributing to both backend services and full-stack development.
3. Own technical solutions to complex problems, ensuring timely delivery while fostering innovation.
4. Develop cloud-native solutions using GCP, leveraging cloud infrastructure to enhance performance and security.
5. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend interfaces.
6. Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical discussions, and promote a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
7. Continuously seek improvements in system performance, address bottlenecks, and refine processes.

Who You Are

1. 7+ years of experience as a software developer.
2. Proficient in C# and the .NET framework, with strong experience in backend architecture and full-stack development.
3. Hands-on experience with microservices and high-scale systems.
4. Experience designing and building scalable systems with GCP and containers.
5. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies.
6. Experienced in test-driven development and high-quality software practices.
7. Strong understanding of web security and authentication mechanisms like OAuth.
8. A proactive problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex issues.
9. Proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
10. Excellent communication skills for leading discussions and mentoring.
11. Experience building and maintaining web scrapers, handling challenges like dynamic content, CAPTCHAs, and bot protection.

Nice to Haves

• Experience writing performant, concurrent applications in Go, especially for data extraction, backend services, or automation tasks.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular.
