Role Overview

The Kitchen's Away From Home (AFH) Design Studio seeks a Sr. Art Director to lead our iconic brands into a new era of B2B marketing in the foodservice industry. The role requires strategic thinking, storytelling, flawless execution, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B and B2C audiences, understanding the nuances of each, and how creativity can meet business objectives while maintaining brand standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, experienced creative to impact high-priority work for Kraft Heinz. As the Sr. Art Director, you will be a key contributor and visual leader, producing high-quality B2B marketing content across multiple brands and channels.

Core Responsibilities

  1. ART DIRECTION: Manage and elevate the visual quality of work, mentoring others to meet high standards.
  2. INNOVATIVE & TRADITIONAL DESIGN: Work across mediums including sell sheets, presentation decks, trade show booths, social media, video, and web design.
  3. BRAND DESIGN: Ensure consistent look and feel of iconic brands across all platforms.
  4. IDEATION: Lead and participate in brainstorms, bringing big ideas to life visually and culturally.
  5. PRESENTATION DESIGN: Create compelling visual stories and design presentation decks to win business.
  6. COLLABORATION: Work within a cross-functional team and larger creative group.
  7. WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Experience & Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience as a creative designer at an art director level or proven leadership as an art director.
  2. A diverse portfolio demonstrating innovative work and team management.
  3. College or university diploma in Advertising, Graphic, or Communication Design preferred.
  4. Top-tier industry-level execution skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Experience in the food and beverage industry and B2B is advantageous.
  7. Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, Figma, PowerPoint.
