Ledgebrook is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to partner with our engineering teams on cloud reliability, scalability, and self-service platform enhancements.

You will streamline developer workflows, automate deployments, and maintain secure, scalable AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure with Terraform and Istio. This remote-friendly role emphasizes collaboration and rapid delivery across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
• Hands-on AWS expertise: cloud infra, VPCs, subnets, routing.
• Production Kubernetes administration: scaling and monitoring.
• Advanced CI/CD automation with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Helm templating for developer self-service.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform proficiency.
• Service mesh networking with Istio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (VPCs, networking, security).
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS).
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
• Create Helm charts and platform templates for self-service deployments.
• Configure Istio service mesh for secure traffic routing and observability.
• Codify cloud resources with Terraform for consistent environments.
