Job summary

DIALOG is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead delivery of complex, large-scale aviation and transit projects. You’ll guide projects from planning through completion, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a studio culture that values design excellence and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.
• Experience and passion for conceptual and innovative projects in aviation or transit is a must.
• NCIDQ certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate design, project and firm information to internal and external parties.
• Prepare schematic/conceptual design drawings and space plans.
• Lead, mentor and manage the project team to deliver complex projects.
• Apply building codes and construction regulations across projects.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors and FF&E documentation.
• Lead site visits and field reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
