Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Airport Civil Engineer to lead airside design and delivery across planning, design, and construction phases. You will coordinate with internal and external teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with aviation standards.

You will apply strong analytical and project management skills, mentor junior staff, and contribute to innovative, AI-enabled design approaches within a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible to register.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in airport engineering, civil design, or site development.
• Specialized knowledge of airfield pavement design and ICAO/FAA standards.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Airside Design and Technical Delivery: manage airside civil projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate contract administration and construction‑phase activities with teams and clients.
• Lead project coordination, resolve design issues, and manage schedules and budgets.
• Support innovation and digitization, applying AI tools where appropriate.
