Purolator is seeking a Senior Auditor Internal to join its Internal Audit team in Mississauga, ON. The role involves planning and executing internal audit engagements, analyzing controls, and delivering clear audit findings with practical recommendations.

Candidates should hold a business degree and professional designations (CPA, CIA, CISA) with at least three years of relevant experience, and have strong IT control knowledge.

Purolator has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Senior Auditor Internal. They prepare document and maintain audit working papers in audit management software. They support the annual testing of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting and assist with external audits. They follow-up with management for timely completion of management action plans. They will assist with the initiatives taken to improve the internal audit practice and other assurance/advisory projects as necessary. They are involved with delivering a wide variety of internal audit engagements.

Job requirement

• Candidates must have completed undergraduate business degree.
• They must have professional Accounting Designation– CPA, CIA, CISA.
• They should have minimum three years progressive experience in Internal Audit.
• They must have proven skill in, and extensive knowledge of, internal audit and information systems and related controls, such as Financial Reporting and IT General Controls .
