Job Description:

Our team of trusted audit professionals interact with every part of the Bank to provide strategic guidance and independent oversight. Through due diligence, and with a strong sense of integrity, we help mitigate potential risks to our business. At the heart of audit is our specialization in all the businesses across the bank.

We're counted on to provide recommendations to enhance operational performance and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations. We analyze data, consult with partners and stakeholders, and present our findings to mitigate risks and help keep our daily operations running smoothly for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the planning and testing execution of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX testing) covering ITGC domains (Access Security, Computer Operations, Change Management, Program Development), IT application controls, and Interface Controls.
  • Assist in the development of audit planning processes while ensuring the completion of appropriate programs and risk assessments to identify key risks.
  • Handle ongoing audit communications, including presentation of findings and recommendations to clients and audit management.
  • Present independent audit opinions on the adequacy of internal controls in accordance with established professional standards.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and internal divisional audits for new findings to ensure all data is up-to-date and properly documented.
  • Prepare and present complex reporting, analysis, and assessments to improve internal processes.
  • Support the entire audit engagement process and improve operational efficiencies by staying current on emerging business trends and analytical tools.
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of initiatives to deliver quality results within tight timeframes.
  • Act with the highest levels of integrity while observing regulatory guidelines and handling confidential matters.
  • Build a positive work environment by inspiring good working relationships and assisting team members.

Job Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree with over 3 years of IT Auditing, IT Controls Assessment, SOX Testing Execution experience.
  • CISA / CISSP certification considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of IT controls frameworks (such as ITIL / COBiT) and related IT and business processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Proficient in working multi-functionally and ensuring good relations across teams.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment.
