Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) is seeking an experienced audit professional to support the development and implementation of audit programs across diverse bank areas. You will participate in audits, develop planning memoranda, risk matrices, and audit reports, and help manage findings with stakeholders and regulators.

With 7+ years in audit, compliance, or related fields, you will contribute to ongoing communications and guidance to management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, fraud, financial crimes, AML, sanctions, insider risk, ABAC.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of audit programs by contributing insights and assisting with planning activities.
• Participate in audit engagements across multiple areas, ensuring audits follow established standards and timelines.
• Execute development of Audit Planning Memorandum (APM), Process Risk and Control Matrix (pRCM), Findings Grid and Audit Report.
• Complete L1 reviews/sign off on all audit activities (walkthroughs, test scripts, test results, grid, evidence uploads).
• Oversee/lead audits and/or follow-up findings arising from internal audits and regulatory reviews as per policy.
• Oversee/lead ongoing audit communications and reporting with stakeholders, senior management and external auditors.
