Join Our DevOps Engineering Team at Modus Create!

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant (Post Cloud Migration Support) to partner with cross-functional teams, provide strategic consulting, and drive impactful solutions.

About You :

Experience : 7+ years as a Senior Atlassian Consultant, with a proven track record in implementing Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in managing post-migration stabilization, issue resolution, and optimization in a cloud environment. Deep understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks to lead Atlassian teams, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expertise and post-migration support for Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Marketplace apps).
• Drive stabilization efforts, resolve technical issues, and optimize system configurations post-migration.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams of engineers, designers, DevOps, and clients.
• Lead and coach remote team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools and their integration and customization.
• Stay updated with Atlassian best practices and recommend configuration improvements.
• Consult on process improvements related to Agile methodologies.
• Translate client processes into actionable requirements.
• Communicate effectively via various channels.
• Be self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about new technologies.
• Share knowledge and participate in community activities.

Bonus Points :

• Atlassian Certifications (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-620).
• Scripting experience (Groovy, Python) and REST APIs.
• Experience with system integration and third-party connectors.
