Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Strong experience in Atlassian Cloud migration (Jira / Confluence).
• Deep understanding of Jira Workflows, Schemes, Custom Fields, and Permissions.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Jira REST API, LDAP, SAML, and SSO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :

• The Senior Atlassian Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Atlassian Data Center products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and migration of both Jira / Confluence to Atlassian Cloud.
• This role ensures that the Atlassian ecosystem operates efficiently, meets organizational needs, and supports business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, process improvement skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Strong experience in Atlassian Cloud migration (Jira / Confluence).

Deep understanding of Jira Workflows, Schemes, Custom Fields, and Permissions.

Familiarity with integration tools such as Jira REST API, LDAP, SAML, and SSO.

Strong experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Atlassian applications.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how to support Agile teams using Jira.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
