You will be under the general direction of the National Association Manager. This role provides senior support in the delivery and service excellence of the associations team goals and objectives. In addition, you will be supporting to sales and corporate development.

If you are great:

  • Prepares presentations, proposals and reports for Association managers and Senior Leadership.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings for the Associations team where needed.
  • Completes monthly analysis and reporting.
  • Maintains Association record management and account reconciliation.
  • Conducts monthly New Business audits for membership in Associations.
  • Accounting and necessary payments, donation matching in collaboration with our Corporate Social Reasonability manager.
  • Arranges the creation and execution of all association agreements and sponsorships payment as needed.
  • Working in partnership with internal stakeholders, coordinates marketing and advertising campaigns with Association Partnerships, for events, as needed, including the Regional.
  • Represents Federated at Associations events where needed.
  • Leads/Co-leads key events for Sales, in specific Sales Kick annually and Presidents Council.

If you have:

  • Post-Secondary education or related work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 experience in a similar or related role.
