Job Overview

Your Tasks
  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of indices with varying levels of complexity
  • Execute systematic, rules-based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices
  • Act as a key liaison for an international client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading desks
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain models, tools, and solutions that support and align with the team’s strategic goals
  • Analyze, evaluate, and enhance internal processes and workflows to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Leverage a deep understanding of investment concepts and strategies to refine, maintain, or drive innovation in existing indices
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure seamless execution of projects
Your Profile
  • Academic background in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
  • Advanced qualifications preferred, such as CFA, FRM, or a relevant Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry or related fields (e.g., equity research, trading, investment, or asset management)
  • Strong knowledge and passion for capital markets, with a keen understanding of industry trends
  • Demonstrated academic background and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing deterministic models or machine learning solutions preferred
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in execution
  • Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Intercultural competence and adaptability, thriving in a global work environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, MATLAB, and SQL, along with experience using relevant libraries
