The Opportunity

Our Assurance group is one of the most trusted, respected and influential in the industry. As part of our team, you will use your skills and experience in order to support our Assurance group to provide companies, investors and regulators with confidence in the financial statements and business-critical information or processes.

The Systems Administrator supports the Canadian Professional Practice and Risk Management groups in implementing and administrating key risk management and quality systems across the Assurance practice.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of risk management systems in Canada and ongoing operation once implemented.
  • Perform initial validation of data migrated from the legacy database into the new system and implement processes for populating new system with data that does not exist in the legacy database.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the new system functionality and features.
  • Act as the key contact for troubleshooting on system usage issues and implementation matters with support from Americas and Global subject matter resources.
  • Execute data reconciliation processes and controls within the firm's system of quality management.
  • Monitor and implement changes to data in the system while ensuring the integrity of the data, including implementation of validation processes for requested changes and data feeds.
  • Provide support for other Professional Practice and Risk Management initiatives.
  • Develop expertise in regulatory rotation rules and long association policy requirements.
  • Provide various administrative support for new and ongoing quality initiatives.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $62,000 to $94,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
