The role

Salary range: $66,000 - $78,000 CAD

We’re looking for a bilingual, relationship-driven professional with a passion for equity and a flair for business development. As a Senior Associate, Supporter Success & Growth, you’ll manage a portfolio of Client organizations across Canada, with a special focus on Quebec. You’ll blend strategic relationship management with proactive outreach to grow engagement and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Relationship Manager for a portfolio of 25-30 Supporter companies across Eastern Canada.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key contacts via email, phone, video, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide tailored resources, and connect Supporters with Catalyst experts.
  • Track engagement and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Catalyst’s reach within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new Supporters and ensure a seamless transition into the Catalyst community.
  • Secure a revenue goal of $400-$600,000 CAD
  • Travel (up to 15%) to conduct in-person meetings with potential or current supporters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact engagements and events.
  • Share insights and feedback to inform regional strategy and product development.

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong interest and experience in DEI, with examples of impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
